You can request permanent deletion of your Logos Cinema account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
- Go to Settings from the navigation menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and find "Delete Account".
- Click the button and confirm your decision.
What Happens
- Your account is immediately deactivated and you'll be signed out.
- Your data is soft-deleted and retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
- After 30 days, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
- If you want to use Logos Cinema again after deletion, you'll need to create a new account.
Before You Delete
Make sure to cancel any active subscription first. Account deletion does not automatically cancel billing — cancel your subscription from Settings before deleting your account.
