1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Logos Cinema website and streaming platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Logos Cinema is a subscription-based streaming platform offering films, documentaries, lectures, liturgical recordings, and educational content rooted in the Orthodox Christian tradition. Access to content requires an active paid subscription. We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features including resolution quality, number of simultaneous streams, and ad-free viewing.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Logos Cinema offers the following subscription plans: Ad-Supported at $5.99 per month with 1080p streaming and one simultaneous stream; Ad-Free at $7.99 per month with 1080p streaming and two simultaneous streams; and Premium at $12.99 per month with 4K Ultra HD, HDR support, and four simultaneous streams.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Profiles & Parental Controls

Each account may create up to five viewer profiles. Kids profiles restrict content to family-rated titles and provide an ad-free experience regardless of subscription tier. You are responsible for the appropriate configuration and use of profiles on your account, including any Kids profiles set up for minors under your supervision.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available on Logos Cinema, including films, documentaries, podcasts, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Logos Cinema and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, download, store, or create derivative works from any content on the Service except as expressly authorized. You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any digital rights management or access-control technology used by the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to it; use any automated means to access, scrape, or collect data from the Service; or share your account credentials with others outside your household.

8. Advertising

The Ad-Supported subscription tier includes pre-roll, mid-roll, and post-roll advertisements during content playback. Ad placement and frequency are determined by Logos Cinema. Kids profiles are always ad-free regardless of subscription tier. You may upgrade to an Ad-Free or Premium plan at any time to remove advertisements. You may limit ad personalization through your account privacy settings.

9. Streaming & Technical Requirements

The quality of your streaming experience depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection speed and the capabilities of your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 4K Ultra HD and HDR content are available only on the Premium plan and require compatible hardware and a sufficiently fast internet connection. Simultaneous stream limits are enforced per your subscription tier.

10. DMCA & Copyright Claims

Logos Cinema respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@logoscinema.com with a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, identification of the material to be removed, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings; deletion will be processed within 30 days.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logos Cinema and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Logos Cinema in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
